About Me
I was born in Tennessee, but I've lived in 5 states, and I love to travel, both within the US and overseas. I've also been a competitive, year-round swimmer since I was 5 years old. Other than swimming, traveling, and cooking, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Additionally, reading has always been a strong passion of mine.
Why I Started Bryce's Book Buddies
Reading has always been an important part of my life, and I started reading books before I was 2 years old. While this is an area where I excel, I realize that other kids may not enjoy reading as much as I do, and may not be given the opportunities to reach their full potential. I started Bryce's Book Buddies as I believed that having a buddy while reading may encourage children to pick up a book and enjoy reading more.
My Experience With Reading
As shown in the image, at the age of 11, I received a certificate stating that a poem I had written had been chosen for publication. To date I have two published poems.
